Fees and Procedures

We evaluate insurance coverage to obtain the maximum utilization of insurance benefits, then file all necessary claims and on a regular basis provide you with an accurate detailed summary of your client's medical expense activity. We provide this service based upon a modest hourly rate. However, the savings realized for your client will more than offset the cost.

In order to accomplish this, we require the following documents and materials:

  • Client fact sheet - new accounts only
  • A signed release or medical Information - new accounts
  • Copies of all bills, paid and unpaid
  • Copies or all Explanations of Benefits
  • Copies of any correspondence from insurance carriers
  • For Guardianships, Trust, and Custodial Accounts: copy of 1st & last page of agreement
  • For Estates; copy of death certificate & copy of the Letters of Administration (If probate involved)
A detailed list of our services are as follows:
  • Review and inventory of the client's insurance coverage
  • Review and record all medical expenses
  • Record all medical payments
  • Request of refunds where applicable
  • Claim filings based upon client's insurance portfolio
  • Requests for review on denied charges
  • Advise as to the payment of unpaid medical bills
  • Submission of activity report at time of invoice (monthly)
At no time do we receive the client's benefit checks or any other funds. All Explanations of Benefits, correspondence, etc. continue to be received by the client and/or their designated agent or fiduciary. We are dependent upon their full cooperation in order to accomplish our work in a timely fashion. Our fee is computed at an hourly rate:$ 40per hour
Plus miscellaneous expenses based on:$ .25per copy (25 cents)
